I was surprised at how long I had to wait to check out after my diagnostic was not. I guess invoices aren't completed as jobs are done. I waited over an hour to pay and check out.

I had an appointment at 10:30 for just an oil change. At 12:15 I walked outside and my truck was sitting outside finished. I sat back down and at 12:40 I asked when it would be done because it was sitting outside. The man told me he was looking for my paperwork. 12:50 I was finally finished and could leave. 2 1/2 hours for oil change with an appointment is ridiculous! 😡😡

I had a great experience at Jerry Raymond Chevrolet in Winterville, OH. They quickly diagnosed my car with a torque converter shudder and got it fixed right the first time. From the service advisor (Andrew) to the mechanic (Austin) everyone was professional and helpful. I’m very satisfied with their work and am working with the sales department (Eddie) to buy a new vehicle. Highly recommend!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful

No issues with the service its self but the ladies in the service dept need some customer service training. I walked in and stood there was glanced at, not spoken to until a salesman walked by and said "Good Morning". Finally was approached and asked what I was there for and if I had an appt. which I did for an oil change, No Good Morning nothing. When I noticed my Traverse was pulled up for several minutes I walked back to the service area and was once again ignored for some time while also being glanced at until I said "Excuse me". I really should be giving you 0 stars as these service ladies have no customer service at all. Do better. I was the only customer in the service area it was not like there where people 10 deep in line.

Had an 845 appointment for oil change tire rotation and a diagnostic scan and it took almost 5hours. This is a ridiculous amount of time, all those services could be completed in under 1 hour. Maybe its time for a change in management so that effience goes up.

I'm completely satisfied with the service the dealership provided. The work needed was performed in the promised time of two hours and I was on my way.

I had a 1 pm appointment.. got there early.. and sat for an hour before my car was even touched... for an oil change! Now mind you i was just out the mid September for an oil change a week after that oil change my oil life percentage dropped to 42%.. make that make sense. I also needed a battery ..was told to get it and bring the receipt in when I got it serviced..by the service manager..and that wasn't even honored... so why did i pay for the warranty with you guys. When your work is shotty and you honored nothing.

I dropped my 2016 silverado for a shudder issue Wednesday the11th and finally heard back from them on Friday the 13th but I had to call left messages and finally picked it up on Friday the13th , I bought the vehicle from them 2 years ago and I figured take it back where I bought it

It took over 2 1/2 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I was even there 1/2 hour ahead of my scheduled appointment. That's quite a bit too long.

Was charged for oil and filter change and tire rotation and inspection and only got oil and filter change so I called service and the manager called me a liar so I will not be doing anymore more business with your dealership

Insanely overpriced. Also “fixed” my windshield wipers because they seem a little “worn” after I repeatedly said not to. I just got this car in January. Then replaced them with the crappiest wipers possible. Now my windshield wipers squeak when used and they didn’t do that before. Oh, and if my paperwork reads correctly, was also charged $3 for the paperwork and receipt to be printed. That’s $1 a page. Will not be back for maintenance services.

First off, I pulled up to the garage door just like the sign directs you. I waited 10 minutes before I went inside to find out the sign was incorrect. An hour and a half for a simple oil change and tire rotation to me is excessive when I had an appointment. Then it took ten minutes to check out. When leaving I saw a gentleman in a truck sitting where the sign directs you for ten minutes. I informed him that he needed to go inside. He was as impressed as I was.

They have great customer service and show their loyalty to repeat customers.

Poor customer service in service department. Unable to fulfill warranty guidelines such as providing rentals and contract information

I had an appointment for an oil change at 2:45 pm on 6/10/2026. I received a text at 3:45 pm that my car was finally being serviced. I did not pay for my car until 4:45 pm when I went again to a see if it was ready. I understand that things happen but I should have been told that the service department was short handed and behind when I arrived. I would have rescheduled instead of waiting 2 hrs with no notification.

Cost
